Failure to register may render your proposal invalid. Please note the MANDATORY walk-through on June 27th at 10:00 am at 117 Atlantic Avenue. The RHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any informality or technicality in any proposal deemed to be in the interest of the Owner.
