TOWN OF PERINTON LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENT #4 FOR PERINTON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND THE VILLAGE OF FAIRPORT AND FAIRPORT FIRE DEPARTMENT -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York, at the Town Hall, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on November 12, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering amendment #4 of the contract with PERINTON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND THE VILLAGE OF FAIRPORT AND FAIRPORT FIRE DEPARTMENT to provide for the payment of $775,550.00 instead of $767,226.00 per year.
