HENRIETTA LEGAL NOTICE -A public hearing will be held before the Henrietta Town Board as a part of their regular meeting on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit: Application No. 2025-025 Delphi Housing Development (formerly Erie Station / West Henrietta Road Multifamily Development by FSI 5500 LLC) - 5560 West Henrietta Road to construct a multifamily housing development with a building height of 41', whereas Town Code allows 35', in a Residential R-2-15 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 189.01-1-19.21 (previously Tax Account No. 189.01-1-19.2), or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk's Office and posted online at www.henrietta.org/projects. (Approval for the development was granted on July 2, 2025 with Application No. SP2025-021) Application No. 2025-026 7 Brew Coffee - 830 Jefferson Road, to construct and operate a restaurant with a drive-thru and limited walk-up service, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-10./U, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk's Office and posted online at www.henrietta.org/projects. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Meeting will be held both in person and virtually.
