No. 389 of 2025), entitled "ENACT A LOCAL LAW OPTING NOT TO ESTABLISH A REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR SHORT-TERM RENTAL UNITS AND REQUIRING TAXPAYERS TO PROVIDE CERTAIN INFORMATION ON HOTEL ROOM OCCUPANCY TAX RETURNS".
