In pursuance and by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale duly granted by this Court and entered in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on October 22, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder at at the Foreclosure Auction Area, Hall of Justice - Lower Level Atrium located at 99 Exchange Boulevard, Rochester, New York, on January 7, 2026 at 10:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, the premises directed in and by said judgment to be sold. The premises are identified as Tax Account No. 166.05-3-11.5 and appearing on the Tax Assessment Roll as 11-5 High Gate Trail, Town of Perinton, New York.
Property is sold subject to the terms and conditions of filed judgment and terms of sale. Approximate amount of judgment is $19,025.00 plus interest and costs.
