-Please take notice that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the St. Paul Boulevard Fire District in the Town of Irondequoit, County of Monroe, New York,ADVERTISEMENTSt. Paul Blvd Fire Department will receive sealed Proposals for the St. Paul Blvd Fire Department Training Facility. The work consists of General Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing & Fire Protection work for a new building at:
St. Paul Blvd Fire Department
433 Cooper Road
Rochester, NY 14617
Bid Documents may be obtained from Passero Associates at www.passero.com under the 'Bid' tab for a fee of $25.00 (non-refundable) beginning on November 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held at the Christa Construction Trailer located at: St. Paul Blvd Fire Department 433 Cooper Road Rochester, NY 14617 on December 2 @ 9:00 AM.
Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis for the following Contracts:
Contract "A": General Trades
Contract "B": Mechanical
Contract "C": Electrical
Contract "D": Plumbing and Fire Protection
Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of each project.
The Owner will receive bids until:

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified receiving time within the St. Paul Fire Department meeting room.
Bid Format: Sealed envelope addressed to St. Paul Blvd Fire Department and be designated as
"St. Paul Fire District Training Facility - Contract A - General Trades"
"St. Paul Fire District Training Facility - Contract B - Mechanical"
"St. Paul Fire District Training Facility - Contract C - Electrical"
"St. Paul Fire District Training Facility - Contract D - Plumbing and Fire Protection"
Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding.
