Latoy and ESL Federal Credit Union in the principal amount of $46,500.00, recorded January 13, 2015 in the Monroe County Clerk's Office in Liber 25965, page 687; a Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgage dated April 18, 2022 between Richard A. Latoy and ESL Federal Credit Union in the principal amount of $10,000.00, recorded April 28, 2022 in the Monroe County Clerk's Office in 29854, page 622; a Home Equity Line of Credit Consolidation, Extension, and Modification Agreement executed by Richard A. Latoy in favor of ESL Federal Credit Union, dated April 18, 2022, which was recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on April 28, 2022, in Liber 29854, page 631, to secure the single lien amount of $55,500.00. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the Mortgaged Premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
