-WHEREAS, application has been made by Vincent Visconti, owner of property located at 41 Oak Hill Terrace (tax id# 139.18-1-23) , requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G, to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be the second accessory building on the property where only one is permitted. Said property being located in a Residential C District.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Scott Morabito, owner of property located at 1445 Whitney Road East (tax id# 153.02-1-5), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G(1), to allow a proposed accessory building (pole barn) to be 2000 sf in area instead of 915 sf. Said property being located in a Residential B District.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the Town of Perinton at 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 7:00 PM local time in the Town Hall. Said Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of said application or in opposition thereto. APPLICANT MUST APPEAR IN PERSON OR BY AGENT.
