Erin Skinner of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Twenty-Eighth day of November, 2025 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe, in the City of Rochester. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Cheryl A. Clarke dated the July 31, 2008, to secure the sum of $99,314.00 and recorded at Book 21956, Page 435 and Mortgage Number MCZ011535 in the Office of the Monroe County Clerk on August 1, 2008. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by Cheryl A. Clarke on February 22, 2016 and recorded May 5, 2016 in Book 26602, Page 288 in the Office of the Monroe County Clerk.
