Foster to ESL Federal Credit Union, which was recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on July 12, 2021, in Book: M 29318 Page: 0514, to secure the sum of $35,000.00; a Mortgage dated June 13, 2023, given by Timothy L. Foster to ESL Federal Credit Union, which was recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on July 6, 2023, in Book: M 30350 Page: 0546, to secure the sum of $65,000.00; a Consolidation, Extension, and Modification Agreement bearing the date of June 13, 2023, executed by Timothy L. Foster to ESL Federal Credit Union, to secure the sum of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), and recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on July 6, 2023, in Book: M 30350 Page: 0556. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the Mortgaged Premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above. PURSUANT TO NEW YORK STATE REAL PROPERTY ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS LAW SECTION 1320 BE ADVISED: NOTICE YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME.
