Foster to ESL Federal Credit Union, which was recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on July 12, 2021, in Book: M 29318 Page: 0514, to secure the sum of $35,000.00; a Mortgage dated June 13, 2023, given by Timothy L. Foster to ESL Federal Credit Union, which was recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on July 6, 2023, in Book: M 30350 Page: 0546, to secure the sum of $65,000.00; a Consolidation, Extension, and Modification Agreement bearing the date of June 13, 2023, executed by Timothy L. Foster to ESL Federal Credit Union, to secure the sum of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), and recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on July 6, 2023, in Book: M 30350 Page: 0556. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the Mortgaged Premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
