The sealed proposals will be received by the Town Clerk at the Town Clerk's office, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, NY 14450 until the 14th day of January, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. prevailing time, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. The enclosure containing the proposal shall be endorsed on the outside with the name of the bidder, the business address to which communications may be sent, and will indicate that a bid is enclosed. The bid shall be in conformity with specifications which will befurnished by the undersigned and are now available at the Recreation and Parks Department Office, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, NY 14450. All bids submitted must contain a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate. The Town of Perinton also reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids.
