NOTICE CITY OF ROCHESTER BOND ORDINANCES -Bond ordinances, the summaries of which are published herewith, have been adopted December 17, 2025 and the validity of the obligations authorized by such ordinances may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the CITY OF ROCHESTER, in the County of Monroe, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution. No. 2025 - 375 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $470,000 Bonds of said City to finance the Maplewood Nature Center Project Object or purpose: the Maplewood Nature Center Project consisting of the renovation of an existing building formerly used as the Maplewood Training Center and enhancement of adjacent parkland located in upper Maplewood Park Estimated maximum cost: $10,278,080 Period of probable usefulness: 15 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $470,000 Ord. No. 2025 - 377 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $500,000 Bonds of said City to finance the costs of the Rundel Memorial Library Terrace Evaluation and Repair Program Object or purpose: the Rundel Memorial Library Terrace Evaluation and Repair Program for the library building and its three adjoining terraces at 115 South Avenue -- all of which were constructed on steel framing directly above the historic Johnson and Seymour waterpower millrace and the former bed of the Erie Canal and its succeeding subway transit line -- including engineering services to inspect, evaluate, prioritize and design capital repairs for the supporting structural systems of the library, surrounding terraces and raceway as well as for the other services to perform those repairs Estimated maximum cost: $675,000 Period of probable usefulness: 25 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $500,000 Ord. No. 2025 - 380 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $3,700,000 Bonds of said City to finance the 2025 Annual Parking Garage Repair & Reconstruction Project Object or purpose: the 2025 Annual Parking Garage Repair & Reconstruction Project for preserving the safety, structural integrity and service life of the South Avenue Garage located at 36-70 South Avenue, including strategic repairs and reconstruction of concrete decks, supplemental post-tensioning systems, waterproofing and expansion joints, concrete beams and columns, concrete stairs, and the replacement of electrical distribution equipment and emergency backup power systems Estimated maximum cost: $4,230,530 Period of probable usefulness: 10 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $3,700,000 Hazel L.
