Town of Perinton Zoning Board of Appeals

-WHEREAS, application has been made by James Brooks, as agent for PVR LLC, owner of property located at 720 Pittsford Victor Road (tax id# 179.10-1-26.11), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 174-6D to allow a proposed building mounted sign to be attached to the roof of the building and a variance of Section 174-E(2) to allow total building mounted signage to be 51.28 sf instead of 50.4 sf. Said property being located in a Mixed-Use District.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Michael Mack, as agent for Michael Rizzo, owner of property located at 32 Highview Trail (tax id# 179.06-1-7), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14R(1) to allow a proposed detached garage to be up to 23' tall instead of 20' tall and 960 sf in area instead of 900 sf, and a variance of Section 208-14R(3) to allow said garage to be the second garage on the property. Said property being located in a Residential B District.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the Town of Perinton at 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 7:00 PM local time in the Town Hall. Said Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of said application or in opposition thereto. APPLICANT MUST APPEAR IN PERSON OR BY AGENT.
