LEGAL NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING
-The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Henrietta will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Workshop will be held at 6:45 p.m., followed by a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. regarding the following applications:
Application No. 2025-116 by Bob Johnson Buick/GMC (Passero Associates) requesting a variance for a 35' tall pylon sign, whereas a 30' tall pylon sign is allowed per Henrietta Town Code 224 - Table 1. Property is located at 4600 West Henrietta Road, Henrietta, NY. Tax Account No. 175.10-2-77. Property is zoned Commercial B-1. (Tabled from February 4, 2026 meeting.)
Application No. 2026-001 by Gil and Lynda Hale requesting a variance for a 46' deep garage, whereas a 30' deep garage is allowed per Henrietta Town Code 295-7-A(5). Property is located at 39 Marr Drive, Pittsford, NY. Tax Account No. 176.12-1-12. Property is zoned Residential R-1-20.
Application No. 2026-002 by Gil and Lynda Hale requesting a variance for a 46.5' front setback, whereas 70' front setback is required per original subdivision map and Henrietta Town Code 295-10B(1)(a). Property is located at 39 Marr Drive, Pittsford, NY. Tax Account No. 176.12-1-12. Property is zoned Residential R-1-20.
Application No. 2026-003 by Richard Milham requesting a variance for a lot size of 0.92 acres for a single-family home, whereas a 5-acre lot size is required per Henrietta Town Code 295-10.1F(2)(a). Property is located at what will be known as 5057 East Henrietta Road, Henrietta, NY. Tax Account No. 202.02-2-56. Property is zoned Rural Residential. (Application was previously approved in 2021 and 2023 but approvals have expired.)
