A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, Town/Village of East Rochester Zoning Board Legal Notice -Location: Eyer Building Third Floor Date: March 10, 2026 at 7:00pm The Town/Village of East Rochester Zoning Board will hear the following applications: 1. 118 ½ Pine St: Parcel # 139.70-1-44 - Area Variance Property owner Adam Hallimen is requesting an area variance to add an 8' by 25' asphalt extension of the current driveway. This will require a 2' variance. 2. 209 West Ave: Parcel #139.77-3-60 - Sign Business owner of Root Reset, Ruth Anslem, is seeking a sign permit for two signs to be placed on the building to represent her business. 3. 115 East Ave: Parcel #152.21-3-14 - Area Variance/Architectural Review/Preliminary and Finale Site Plan Approval Paul Randazzese with Roost Builders is looking for approval to add a two-story addition that includes an entrance lobby, four additional rooms, a bathroom and a wheelchair lift. Side setback area variance to be discussed. 4. 353 Fairport Rd: Parcel #152.45-1-3.11 - Final Site Plan/Final Architectural Review John and Robert DiRaddo of Roberts Kitchens, are looking to make use of 353 Fairport Rd as a Kitchen Showroom. Current use of property is Commercial/Vacant PD/PDD Zoning. 5. 20 Ontario St: Parcel #139.79-1-3.2 - Subdivision/Preliminary Site Plan/Preliminary Retention Wall Ben Murphy, owner of BMP Landscaping, is coming in to discuss a subdivision of the property, as well as doing the drywell and storm pipe filtration to the back of the property. There will also be tree removal, filling, and grading of the property. Discussion of potential retention wall. All persons in favor or opposed to said applications will be heard.
