LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF PERINTON -Fisher Associates, on behalf of Powder Mills Land Company LLC/RYCO Management, requesting a Special Use Permit from the Town Board of the Town of Perinton for a 39-unit multi-family residential development, located at 1151 Pittsford Victor Road (Tax ID: 193.01-1-18). A public hearing regarding this application will be held by the Perinton Town Board at Town Hall, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, NY 14450, on April 22, 2026, at 7:00 PM (or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard). On said date, time, and place, the applicant will be present, and the Town Board will hear all persons in support of or in opposition to said application.
