Legal Notice Town of Perinton Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Date: 4/27/2026 -WHEREAS, application has been made by John Reus, owner of property located at 195 Ayrault Road, (tax id# 165.14-2-9) requesting two variances of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G(1), to allow a proposed accessory building (pole barn) to be 1600 sf instead of 449 sf where code allows up to 200 sf or up to 1% of the total lot area, (lot size being 1.03 acres) whichever is greater, and further to allow said accessory building to be enlarged to a total building area of 1600 sf where 1200 sf is permitted. Said property being located in a Residential B district. WHEREAS, application has been made by Christopher & Susan Kelley, owners of property located at 108 Kreag Road, (tax id# 165.15-2-34.11) requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-32D(3), to allow a proposed addition to be 5' from the side property line instead of 12'. Said property being located in a Residential B district. WHEREAS, application has been made by Randall McGregor, owner of property located at 40 Lyndon Road, (tax id# 154.03-1-25) requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G(1), to allow an accessory building to be enlarged to a total building area of 3200 sf where 1200 sf is permitted. Said property being located in a Residential B district. WHEREAS, application has been made by Ashley & Juan Ayala, owners of property located at 27 Old Post Road, (tax id# 165.11-3-36) requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G(2), to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be in the front yard instead of in the rear yard. Said property being located in a Residential B district. WHEREAS, application has been made by Michael Gerenser, owner of property located at 16 Duncott Road, (tax id# 165.18-1-16) requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G, to allow a proposed accessory building (greenhouse) to be the second accessory building on the property where one is permitted. Said property being located in a Residential A district.
