TOWN OF GREECE LOCAL LAW NO. __ of 2026 LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Greece, Monroe County, New York, at a scheduled meeting thereof, on Thursday, May 21, at 6:10 p.m., at Greece Town Hall, One Vince Tofany Boulevard, Greece, New York to hear all persons of interest for the purpose of providing Greece residents with the opportunity to hear proposed Local Law #__ of the year 2026, amending Chapter 128 of the Code of the Town of Greece as it pertains to Historic Preservation within the Town of Greece for the purpose of establishing the Town of Greece Historic Preservation Board. The Town Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matter or any objections thereto. Interested parties may appear in person or by agent.
