NOTICE CITY OF ROCHESTER BOND ORDINANCES -Bond ordinances, the summaries of which are published herewith, have been adopted February 25, 2026 and the validity of the obligations authorized by such ordinances may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the CITY OF ROCHESTER, in the County of Monroe, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution. No. 2026 - 35 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $1,165,000 Bonds of said City to finance the Rundel Memorial Library Filtration and Intake Air Upgrades Project Object or purpose: Rundel Memorial Library Filtration and Intake Air Upgrades Project that includes the installation of an additional outdoor rooftop air handling unit, adding ventilation ductwork to staff areas and upgrading the building management system hardware for the Rundel Memorial Library building located at 115 South Avenue Estimated maximum cost: $2,122,504 Period of probable usefulness: 10 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $1,165,000 Ord. No. 2026 - 42 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $2,786,000 Bonds of said City to finance certain costs of the Hazardous Sidewalk Replacement Program Northeast Quadrant Contract 2026 -- Phase 3 Object or purpose: the Hazardous Sidewalk Replacement Program Northeast Quadrant Contract 2026 -- Phase 3 (the "Project") consisting of the replacement of hazardous sidewalk sections (flags) along the street segments specified on an attached Project Street List Estimated maximum cost: $3,259,000 Period of probable usefulness: 10 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $2,786,000 Ord.
