NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
-PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the TOWN OF BRIGHTON, Monroe County, at a meeting to be held at 680 Westfall Road, Empire State University (temporary home of the Brighton Town Hall), Rochester, New York, 14620 on Tuesday May 6, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. ZB-26-11 Application of Nate Stagliano, agent, and Laura Poleschuck, owner of property located at 180 Orchard Dr for an Area Variance from Section 207-6A (2) to allow for a detached garage 2.8 ft. from side yard setback in lieu of the 5 ft. minimum allowed by code.
