LEGAL NOTICE COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Sections 506, 525 and 526 NYS Real Property Tax Law) -Notice is hereby given by the Town of Perinton, County of Monroe, State of New York, that the 2026 tentative assessment roll has been filed and is available for examination by any interested person at the Perinton Town Hall, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport NY and online at www.perinton.gov, until the fourth Tuesday of May 2026. The assessor or designee will be in attendance with the roll at the Perinton Town Hall during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and by appointment only on May 16th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Appointments must be scheduled with the Perinton Assessment Office by May 15th at 5:00 PM. The Board of Assessment Review will meet Tuesday May 26, 2026 from 10:00 AM to Noon, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perinton Town Hall, to hear and examine all complaints, by appointment only, in relation to assessments upon the application of any person believing to be aggrieved.
