BRIGHTON LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF BRIGHTON, Monroe County, at a meeting to be held at 680 Westfall Rd (temporary location of Brighton Town Hall) on 5-20-2026, at 7PM for the purpose of considering, modifying, approving or disapproving the following listed applications. Applications subject to public hearings and the documents to be considered by the Board will be available for review on the town's website no later than twenty-four hours prior to the meeting to the extent practicable. PB-26-5 Application of Westfall Medical Realty, LLC (owner) and BME Associates (agent) for Resubdivision Application review to subdivide a ±0.31-acre parcel (lot AR-2B-1) out of the ±7.19- acre property located at 2253 South Clinton Avenue. The purpose of the subdivision is to purchase the existing ±7,266 SF 1-story medical building and surrounding lawn, known as Tax ID 136.19- 1-59.11. All as described on application and plans on file. August on behalf of an entity to be formed, the contract vendee of the property located at 885 South Winton Road, to for Site Plan Approval for the redevelopment of existing building and site for a new combined home for Malek's Bakery and Lipman's Kosher Market, with a historic cultural component to be leased and operated by Flower City Foods LLC. (the "project"), Tax ID No. 137.10-1-41 (the "property"). All as described on application and plans on file. PB-26-9 Application of 293A Alden Road LLC, owner, Home Leasing, project agent, and Bryan Burri, Bergmann Engineers, for a one (1) year extension of Final Site Plan Approval and Final EPOD (woodlot) Permit Approval to construct 120 units of affordable and supportive housing consisting of 7 Townhouse buildings (40 units) and a four story apartment building (80 units) on property located on the south side of Elmwood Avenue, adjacent to the City of Rochester municipal line, known as Tax ID #136.14-1-1.2 and #136.14-1-1.3. All as described on application and plans on file. The Planning Board, at said time and place, will hear all persons in support of such matters or on any objection thereto. Persons must appear in person or by agent.
