HENRIETTA LEGAL NOTICE -The public hearing will be continued before the Henrietta Town Board on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to the following Special Use Permit Application that now also includes an Incentive Zoning Application. This application is being continued from the April 29th and May 20th meetings: Hertz Car Rental (SP2026-007 & IZ2026-002) - 2199 East Henrietta Road, to operate a car rental facility, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.18-2-1.005, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk's Office and posted online at www.henriettany.gov/projects.  Participation in the public hearing will be allowed both in person and virtually.
