NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LOCAL LAW -PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Town/Village of East Rochester, Monroe County, New York, on May 7, 2026, a Local Law #5 of 2026 entitled "Short Term Rentals". Said Local Law is intended to establish rules and regulations regarding "Short Term Rentals" in the Town/Village of East Rochester. A copy of the proposed Local Law is on file with the Town/Village Clerk. THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the Town/Village of East Rochester will hold a public hearing on the Local Law at 317 Main Street, East Rochester, New York on June 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at which time all persons interested will be heard.
