The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated December 31, 2008, executed by Paul F. Danahy (who died on July 27, 2024, a resident of the county of Monroe, State of New York) and Mary Danahy (who died on May 8, 2018, a resident of the county of Monroe, State of New York)  to secure the sum of $108,000.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 22128, Page 272 and Mortgage Number MCZ021201 in the Office of the Monroe County Clerk on January 7, 2009.
