The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Erin Skinner of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Twenty-Sixth day of May, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe, in the City of Rochester. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated December 31, 2008, executed by Paul F. Danahy (who died on July 27, 2024, a resident of the county of Monroe, State of New York) and Mary Danahy (who died on May 8, 2018, a resident of the county of Monroe, State of New York) to secure the sum of $108,000.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 22128, Page 272 and Mortgage Number MCZ021201 in the Office of the Monroe County Clerk on January 7, 2009. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 22, 2025 and recorded on April 24, 2025, in the Office of the Monroe County Clerk at Book 1955, Page 286.
