Public Hearings:
445 Mendon Center Road, Tax ID 177.04-1-12 - Applicant is requesting relief from Town Code Sections 185-17 E. for the construction of a pool not meeting the total side setback requirement. This property is zoned Residential Neighborhood (RN).
12 Skytop Lane, Tax ID 164.09-2-15 - Applicant is requesting relief from Town Code Section 185-113 C. (3) for the construction of deck in the side yard area. This property is zoned Residential Neighborhood (RN).
0, 1, 3, 5, & 14 Poinciana Drive, Tax IDs 177.01-2-6.112, 177.01-2-12.22, 177.01-2-12.21, 177.01-2-9, & 177.01-2-11.111 - Applicants are requesting relief from Town Code Section 185-121 A. for an existing fence taller than three feet in total height in front of the front setback. These properties are zoned Residential Neighborhood (RN) and Rural Residential (RRAA).
