-WHEREAS, application has been made by Ke Jing Xia, owner of property located at 1 Mattock Place (tax id# 179.11-1-37), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G(2), to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be placed in the front yard instead of the rear yard (Sully's Trail - corner lot). Said property being located in a Residential A district.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Tyler Hurlbutt, as agent for Gary Flisnik, owner of property located at 30 Highview Trail (tax id# 179.06-1-6), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-32D(1), to allow a proposed garage addition to be 12.8' from the side property line instead of 15'. Said property being located in a Residential B district.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Ken Repich, owner of property located at 106 Country Downs Circle (tax id# 153.02-3-40), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G, to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be the second accessory building on the property where one is permitted. Said property being located in a Residential B district.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the Town of Perinton at 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 7:00 PM local time in the Town Hall. Said Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of said application or in opposition thereto. APPLICANT MUST APPEAR IN PERSON OR BY AGENT.
