NOTICE
CITY OF ROCHESTER BOND ORDINANCES
-Bond ordinances, the summaries of which are published herewith, have been adopted April 22, 2026 and the validity of the obligations authorized by such ordinances may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the CITY OF ROCHESTER, in the County of Monroe, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution. Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of
$1,605,000 Bonds of said City to finance the Honorable Willie Walker Lightfoot
R-Center for Equity and Justice Site Improvements Project
Object or purpose: the Honorable Willie Walker Lightfoot R-Center for Equity and Justice Site Improvements Project located at 271 Flint Street, including removing and replacing an existing pool, developing a new splash pad, playground renovations in coordination with renovation work being undertaken by the Rochester City School District, developing new gathering spaces and upgrading connections between site elements
Estimated maximum cost: $3,000,000
Period of probable usefulness: 15 years
Amount of obligations to be issued: $1,605,000

Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of
$1,200,000 Bonds of said City to finance the costs of the Monroe Firehouse
Mechanical Upgrades
Object or purpose: the Monroe Firehouse Mechanical Upgrades, which include the replacement of four existing boilers and one rooftop unit, which are used to heat the interior and melt snow from the exterior driveways of the firehouse located at 315 Monroe Avenue, with more efficient equipment, associated abatement, and mechanical upgrades

of $1,144,000 Bonds of said City to finance the costs of the Stone Street
Reconstruction Project
Object or purpose: the Stone Street Reconstruction Project, including pavement reconstruction, curbs, sidewalks, curb ramps, catch basins, street lighting improvements, traffic signal replacements, rehabilitation and closure of existing area ways, tunnel repairs, adjustment of utility appurtenances, safety related improvements and other various improvements

Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $2,850,000 Bonds of said City to finance a portion of the costs of the 2026 Water Main Cleaning & Lining Project
Object or purpose: the 2026 Water Main Cleaning & Lining Project to rehabilitate approximately 4.5 miles of City water mains by mechanically cleaning the interior of the and installing a corrosion-resistant cement lining to water mains along the city street segments on an attached list
Estimated maximum cost: $2,875,000.
Period of probable usefulness: 40 years
Amount of obligations to be issued: $2,850,000
