The resolution is entitled "BOND RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE PITTSFORD CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, MONROE AND ONTARIO COUNTIES, NEW YORK AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $42,200,000 IN SERIAL BONDS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO FINANCE A PORTION OF A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT". 2. Amount of obligations authorized to be issued is $42,200,000. 3. The specific object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is for a capital improvement project consisting of (i) the construction of alterations, renovations, improvements and additions to the District's school buildings and associated facilities; (ii) related site improvements for various school purposes; (iii) the acquisition and installation in and around the foregoing improvements of original furnishings, equipment, machinery, and apparatus; and (iv) all appurtenant, related and incidental improvements and other costs and services incidental to the foregoing. 4. The period of probable usefulness is 30 years.
