The resolution is entitled "BOND RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF BRIGHTON, MONROE COUNTY, NEW YORK (THE "TOWN"), AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF MACHINERY AND APPARATUS FOR USE BY THE TOWN; STATING THE MAXIMUM ESTIMATED COST THEREOF IS $540,000; APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR; AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $540,000 IN SERIAL BONDS OF THE TOWN TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION". 2. Objects or Purposes: the acquisition of machinery and apparatus for use by the Town's Highway Department consisting of (i) one plow truck and (ii) backhoe/loader. 3.
