ATTACHMENT A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the approval of a Cable Television Franchise Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Irondequoit -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Irondequoit will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 7:35 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, Rochester, New York 14617 regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Irondequoit and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Clerk's office, 1280 Titus Avenue, Rochester, New York 14617. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
