Invitation to Bid -The Rochester Housing Authority, Rochester, New York, will receive sealed bids for Holland Townhouse Parking Lot Expansion, 1 Prime-General Contractor in connection with the Above Project, NY-41-09 at Holland Townhouses, in the City of Rochester, New York UNTIL: Wednesday, August 5, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m. at its Procurement Office, 495 Upper Falls Blvd., Rochester, New York, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a walk through at the Holland Townhouses on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 11:00am. Meet in the parking lot near the Anthony Jordan Health Center. All questions for this solicitation must be sent in writing by Tuesday, July 21 @ 11:00 am. All questions will be answered in the form of an addendum on Tuesday, July 28. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the RHA website www.rochesterhousing.org and the Builders Exchange at www.robex.com after registering your request beginning Monday, July 6, 2026. The Rochester Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or to waive any informality in the bidding including but not limited to: · All received bids exceed the budgeted amount for this project. · Submitted bids that are unreasonably low for the project scope based on RHA Determination of Responsibility.
