HENRIETTA LEGAL NOTICE
-A public hearing will be held before the Henrietta Town Board as a part of their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2026-011 El Rancho Viejo - 3679 West Henrietta Road, to modify the previously approved Special Use Permit (No. 2023-023) to now also allow the sale of alcohol in addition to the previously approved allowance to operate a restaurant with dine in and take out meal service, outdoor seating, and a drive-thru, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.11-1-15, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk's Office and posted online at www.henriettany.gov/projects. Planned hours of operation are 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
