Premises known as 25 Essla Drive, Rochester, NY 14612. Sec 034.03 Block 9 Lot 49. All that tract or parcel of land, situate in the Town of Greece, County of Monroe and State of New York. Approximate Amount of Judgment is $277,163.80 plus interest, fees, and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No E2024008505. Cash will not be accepted at the sale.
The foreclosure sale will be conducted in accordance with 7th Judicial District's Covid-19 Policies and foreclosure auction rules. The Referee shall enforce any rules in place regarding facial coverings and social distancing. Should the Referee be unable to conduct the sale at the location due to social distancing restrictions, the sale shall occur outside in the upper courtyard.
