NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE MONROE COUNTY LEGISLATURE -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Section A4-5 of the Monroe County Administrative Code, a public hearing will be held by the County Legislature of the County of Monroe on August 11, 2026 at 6:15 P.M. in the County Legislative Chambers in the County Office Building, Rochester, New York, on a proposed local law (Intro. No. 277 of 2026) entitled "REQUIRING DISCLOSURE OF BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION TECHNOLOGY AND PROTECTION OF BIOMETRIC IDENTIFICATION DATA AT COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS" as amended. Copies of this proposed local law are available for examination in the office of the Clerk of the County Legislature and Monroe County's Website.
