The work generally consists of the Sitework for a new Fire Station building at: 433 Cooper Rd Rochester, New York 14617 Bid Documents may be obtained from Passero Associates at www.passero.com under the 'Bid' tab for a fee of $25.00 (non-refundable) beginning on August 6, 2026 at 12:00PM. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held at the future project site located at 433 Cooper Rd, Rochester, NY 14617 on August 18, 2026 @ 9:00 AM. The meeting will be conducted outside so please plan accordingly. Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis for the following Contracts: Contract A: Sitework Future contracts will be awarded at a later date. Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of the project.
