BRIGHTON LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF BRIGHTON, Monroe County, at a meeting to be held at 680 Westfall Rd (temporary location of Brighton Town Hall) on 8-19-2026, at 7 PM for the purpose of considering, modifying, approving or disapproving the following listed applications. Written comments may be submitted to Anthony Vallone, Executive Secretary via email at anthony.vallone@brightonny.gov or via US Mail 2300 Elmwood Av, Rochester, NY 14618. Applications subject to public hearings and the documents to be considered by the Board will be available for review on the town's website no later than twenty-four hours prior to the meeting to the extent practicable. PB-26-12 Application of BME Associates, agent, and Grove Underhill Properties LLC, owner of property located at O Havens Rd., otherwise known as Tax ID No 136.19-1-23, for Preliminary Subdivision Review and EPOD (Environmental Protection Overlay District) Permit, for a proposed single-family subdivision consisting of 23 single-family residential lots on a ±7.4 acre consolidated parcel. All as described on application and plans on file. TABLED – PUBLIC HEARING REMAINS OPEN PB-26-18 Application of Joseph ODonnell, agent, Neelam Mehta, Cardamom Café, lessee, and Neu Lac de Ville Plaza LLC, owner of property located at 1900 S Clinton Ave, otherwise known as Tax ID 136.15-2-5.11, for Conditional Use Permit review of a restaurant/cafe use in 1,839 sf of tenant space.
