LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL & WARRANT SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027 -TAKE NOTICE, that I, Andrew Conlon, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes of the Town of Greece, County of Monroe and State of New York, have duly received the tax rolls and warrants for the collection of school taxes for GREECE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, HILTON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, and SPENCERPORT CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, within the Town of Greece, for the school year 2026-2027 and I will attend at the Greece Town Hall, One Vince Tofany Blvd., in the said Town of Greece, from September 1 to October 31st, 2026, 9 o'clock in the forenoon to 5 o'clock in the afternoon on each day, excepting Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for the purpose of receiving the school taxes listed on the said rolls. TAKE FURTHUR NOTICE, that pursuant to Monroe County Local Law #1-75 in permitted districts, a taxpayer, whose bill is $50.00 or more, may elect to pay the school tax bill in three equal installments, due on or before the 15th day of September, the 15th day of October, and the 15th day of November of the current year with no interest. A service charge of .10% will be levied on the installment amount. If you elect to pay by installments, you must pay the FIRST installment by September 15th (there is a 5 days grace period up to and including the 20th day of September with 1% additional interest) to ANDREW CONLON, Receiver of Taxes in the Town of Greece. THE SECOND AND THIRD INSTALLMENTS must be payable to the MONROE COUNTY TREASURY, 39 W. MAIN STREET, ROCHESTER, NEW YORK 14614. For those taxpayers who choose to make payment in full, the payment must be made on or before October 1, 2026, to avoid interest. After October 1st an interest charge of 2% must be included. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that if payment is not made by specified dates, unpaid school taxes are returned to the County where a 7% penalty is added and the total is relieved on the next Town & County tax bill.
