LEGAL NOTICE -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has received the 2026-2027 School Tax Warrants for East and West Irondequoit School Districts of the Town of Irondequoit. Taxes will be collected at Irondequoit Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m., starting September 1st, 2026. MAILED PAYMENTS should be addressed to Courtney Zuniga, Town of Irondequoit, 1280 Titus Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617 Both East and West Irondequoit School Districts offer taxpayers the option of paying in full or installments. The interest - free period for full payments is from September 1st -- October 1st. Full payments made from October 2nd to October 31st will be subject to a 2% interest charge. Full payments can be made directly to Monroe County Treasurer from November 1st to November 18st, 2026. Those payments will be subject to a 5% interest charge. Taxes paid under the installment plan are due by September 15th October 15th and November 15th. The first payment is made to Courtney Zuniga, Receiver of Taxes, Irondequoit Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, 14617. The 2nd and 3rd payments are made to the Monroe County Treasurer, P.O. Box 14420, Rochester, New York 14614. If you elect to use the installment option, there is a service charge on ALL three payments. If due date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is accepted on the first business day after the weekend or holiday. Further information about payments, interest charges and payment locations are included on the back of the tax bill. ORIGINAL BILLS WILL NO LONGER BE RETURNED AS RECEIPTS Due to new bank processing, we will no longer return original bills as receipts for remittances, so please send in only the payment portion of your bill. You will receive a STAR-compliant receipt from the bank upon processing.
