NOTICE CITY OF ROCHESTER BOND ORDINANCES -Bond ordinances, the summaries of which are published herewith, have been adopted July 29, 2026 and the validity of the obligations authorized by such ordinances may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the CITY OF ROCHESTER, in the County of Monroe, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution. No. 2026 - 232 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $331,000 Bonds of said City to finance the Monroe Avenue Emergency Street Reconstruction Project Object or purpose: the Monroe Avenue Emergency Street Reconstruction Project (Harwood Street to Rosedale Street) to remedy damage caused by a water main break, including pavement reconstruction, adjustment of utility appurtenances, replacement of damaged curbing, sidewalks, curb ramps, traffic signal loops and pavement markings Estimated maximum cost: $1,196,199.11 Period of probable usefulness: 15 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $331,000 Ord. No. 2026 - 239 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $500,000 Bonds of said City to finance the costs of the Rundel Memorial Library Terrace Evaluation and Repair Program Object or purpose: the Rundel Memorial Library Terrace Evaluation and Repair Program for the library building as well as the three elevated terraces adjoining the north, east and south sides of the Rundel Memorial Library at 115 South Avenue, including engineering services to inspect, evaluate, prioritize and design capital repairs for the supporting structural systems of the library, surrounding terraces and raceway as well as for the other services to perform those repairs Estimated maximum cost: $1,175,000 Period of probable usefulness: 25 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $500,000 Ord. No. 2026 - 243 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $4,900,000 Bonds of said City to finance the acquisition of three boom trucks, one forklift, one roll-off truck, one stake body truck, one box truck, one leaf vacuum truck and six side-load refuse collection trucks for use by the City's solid waste collection system Object or purpose: the acquisition of three boom trucks, one forklift, one roll-off truck, one stake body truck, one box truck, one leaf vacuum truck and six side-load refuse collection trucks for use city-wide as part of the solid waste collection system, to be garaged at the City's Solid Waste Management Division located at 210 Colfax Street Estimated maximum cost: $4,900,100 Period of probable usefulness: 15 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $4,900,000 Ord. No. 2026 - 252 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $2,550,000 Bonds of said City to finance a portion of the costs of the Conduit Modernization Phase 3A Project Object or purpose: the Conduit Modernization Phase 3A Project to rehabilitate a portion of the large-diameter pipe known as Conduit 3 that conveys treated water to the city from the Hemlock Lake Filtration Plant within an approximately 4,600 linear foot segment located between Goodburlet Road and Valiant Drive along East Henrietta Road in the Town of Henrietta Estimated maximum cost: $7,550,100 Period of probable usefulness: 40 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $2,550,000 Hazel L.
