-WHEREAS, application has been made by Dawn E. Oryszak, owner of property located at 2 Meadow Wood Drive (tax id# 165.11-2-57), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G(2), to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be placed in the front yard of the corner lot (Alina Street side) instead of in the rear yard. Said property being located in a Residential B district.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Marge McDermott, owner of property located at 4 Heatherwood Road (tax id# 153.06-1-63), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G, to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be the second accessory building on the property where one accessory building is permitted. Said property being located in a Residential A district.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Justin Desalvo, owner of property located at 27 Wolf Trapp (tax id# 165.05-3-41), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G, to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be the second accessory building on the property where one accessory building is permitted, and a variance of Section 208-14G(2), to allow said accessory building to be placed in the front yard of the corner lot (Hunters Pointe side) instead of in the rear yard. Said property being located in a Residential A district.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Fabiana Teixeira Godoy, owner of property located at 11 Delemere Blvd (tax id# 166.12-2-6), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14C(2), to allow a proposed fence to be 4' tall in the front setback of this corner lot (Delemere Blvd. side), instead of 3' tall. Said property being located in a Residential B district.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Eric Norcross, owner of property located at 52 Chadwick Manor (tax id# 154.01-2-81), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G, to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be the second accessory building on the property where one accessory building is permitted. Said property being located in a Residential A district.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Gary Rogers, owner of property located at 4 SCR Lane (tax id# 194.01-1-41), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14R(1), to allow an existing 624 sf detached garage to be enlarged to 1020 sf where 900 sf is permitted. Said property being located in a Residential Sensitive district.
WHEREAS, application has been made by John Sciarabba, LandTech, as agent for 1311 Fairport Road (Quicklee's) as agent for Mirabito Holdings Inc, owner of property located at 1311 Fairport Road (tax id# 152.15-2.1.1), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-42B(2), to allow Lot 2 of the proposed Quicklee's Subdivision to be 28,758 sf instead of 60,000 sf and a variance of Section 208-42D to allow the rear setback of the existing building on Lot 2 to be 15.8' from the rear property line instead of 30'. Said property being located in a Commercial district.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the Town of Perinton at 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM local time in the Town Hall. Said Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of said application or in opposition thereto. APPLICANT MUST APPEAR IN PERSON OR BY AGENT.
