NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Pittsford, New York, at the Town Hall, 11 South Main Street, Pittsford, New York, on the 6th day of October, 2026, at 6:00 o'clock P.M., Local Time, on the proposed adoption of Local Law No. 3 of 2026: Alternative Veterans Property Tax Exemption. The stated purpose of the proposed Local Law is to grant qualified veterans who have been permanently and totally disabled as a result of military service a full exemption from real property taxation.
