NOTICE OF ORDER FOR PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF PERINTON, NEW YORK APPLICATION TO REZONE 8146 AND 8200 PITTSFORD PALMYRA ROAD -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an Order for Hearing was adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York, on September 21, 2026, scheduling a Public Hearing to be held on October 19, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon there after as the matter may be heard, at the Perinton Town Hall, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York, to consider an application to rezone real property pursuant to the Code of the Town of Perinton and Section 265 of the New York State Town Law. The application seeks to rezone two parcels totaling approximately 16.115 acres of vacant land located at 8146 and 8200 Pittsford Palmyra Road from RB Restricted Business to IND Industrial District. The purpose of the requested rezoning is to place both parcels entirely within the IND Industrial District to facilitate the relocation of Ready Mix Concrete Solutions and the development of a new corporate headquarters and operations facility. The Town Board will also consider its intent to act as Lead Agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) for an Unlisted Coordinated Review. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
