GAGE to THE NEW YORK MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, bearing date March 26, 2004 and recorded in Book 18667, at Page 0455 in the County of Monroe on March 31, 2004, which was assigned to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM by instrument executed June 26, 2007 and recorded August 2, 2007, in Book 01579, at Page 0132, Mtg # M# CU 065909, which was further assigned by corrective gap assignment to INDYMAC BANK, FSB executed May 28, 2021 and recorded June 24, 2021, in Book A 01895, at Page 0270, which was further assigned to THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A.
