HENRIETTA LEGAL NOTICE -A public hearing will be held before the Henrietta Town Board as a part of their regular meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit: Application No. 2026-024 Al Sadu, LLC Coffee & Sweets Restaurant - 2755 East Henrietta Road, to operate a coffee and sweets restaurant for dine in and take out service, in Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 176.06-1-75.121, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk's Office and posted online at www.henriettany.gov/projects.
