This is an action for foreclosure of a credit line mortgage made by ISAAC TRYMAN and Ruth Twyman (now deceased) to Charter One Bank, N.A.., in the original amount of $53,105.00 with interest, dated September 4, 2003, recorded September 5, 2003 in the Monroe County Clerk's Office in Book 18003, page 0091, as modified by a loan modification agreement recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on June 5, 2018, in Book 27622, page 649, as modified by a loan modification agreement recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on February 7, 2024 in Book 30576, page 271. The relief sought is the foreclosure of the mortgage lien and the public sale of the mortgaged premises and in case of your failure to appear, judgment may be taken against you extinguishing any interest or judgment lien you may have in the mortgaged premises.
