TOWN OF PERINTON LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS PERINTON COMMUNITY CENTER MOVABLE WALL PANELS -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the requirements of Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law, sealed proposals are sought and requested for the Perinton Community Center Movable Walls Panels Project at 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, NY 14550. The sealed proposals will be received by the Town Clerk at the Town Clerk's office, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, NY 14450 until the 18th day of November, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. prevailing time, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and materials for: Perinton Community Center Movable Panels. The preceding outline is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under the contract. A Pre-Proposal Meeting/Inspection for the Perinton Community Center Movable Walls will be held on Friday, October 30 at 11:30am for prospective proposers to view the work site. All prospective proposers should attend the meeting and inspection. Attendance will be taken at the Pre-Proposal Meeting and Inspection. Proposals submitted by Contractors that did not attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and Inspection may be rejected as informal. The enclosure containing the proposal shall be endorsed on the outside with the name of the bidder, the business address to which communications may be sent, and will indicate that a bid is enclosed. The bid shall be in conformity with specifications which will be furnished by the undersigned and are now available at the Recreation and Parks Department Office, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, NY 14450. All bids submitted must contain a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate. The Town of Perinton also reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids.
