PAUL BOULEVARD FIRE DISTRICT LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF ELECTION -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the St. Paul Boulevard Fire District located in the Town of Irondequoit, in the County of Monroe, State of New York, will be held on December 8, 2026, between the hours of 3pm and 9pm at the St. Paul Exempt Firemen’s Home located at 690 Thomas Ave, Rochester, New York, 14617. The purpose of the Annual Election will be to elect one Fire Commissioner for a five-year term commencing January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2031. All residents of the St. Paul Boulevard Fire District, who are duly registered voters with the Monroe County Board of Elections on or before November 18, 2026, shall be eligible to vote. Candidates who wish to have their names included on the ballot shall file a petition with the Secretary of the Fire District at 433 Cooper Road, Rochester, New York, 14617 no later than twenty days before the election.
