The basis of the venue designated above is the location of the Mortgaged Premises. TO Unknown Heirs of Christine A. Ross, Unknown Heirs of Gerald D. Ross Defendants In this Action. The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Erin Skinner of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Twenty-Seventh day of June, 2025 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe, in the City of Rochester. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated August 25, 2005, executed by Gerald D. Ross (who died on March 1, 2024, a resident of the county of Allegany, State of New York) and Christine A. Ross (who died on September 11, 2022, a resident of the county of Monroe, State of New York) to secure the sum of $359,650.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 19923, Page 79 and Mortgage Number MDB019375 in the Office of the Monroe County Clerk on August 26, 2005. Plaintiff is also holder of a mortgage dated October 1, 2010 executed by Gerald D. Ross and Christine A. Ross to secure the sum of $88,059.44 and recorded at Book 23264, Page 440 in the Office of the Monroe County Clerk on October 20, 2010. Said mortgage was consolidated with the mortgage referred to at Book 19923, Page 79 by a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement executed by Gerald D. Ross and Christine A. Ross dated October 1, 2010 and recorded October 20, 2010 at Book 23264, Page 459 in the Office of the Monroe County Clerk to form a single lien in the amount of $408,000.00. The property in question is described as follows: 27 Harrington Drive, Fairport, NY 14450 NOTICE YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME If you do not respond to this summons and complaint by serving a copy of the answer on the attorney for the mortgage company who filed this Foreclosure proceeding against you and filing the answer with the court, a default judgment may be entered and you can lose your home.
