NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE COUNTY EXECUTIVE -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of the County of Monroe on September 26, 2025, at 9:30 A.M. in the County Legislative Chambers in the County Office Building, Rochester, New York, on a proposed local law (Intro. No. 304 of 2025) entitled "AMENDING CHAPTER 286 OF THE GENERAL LOCAL LAWS OF MONROE COUNTY ENTITLED 'JUNIOR DEER HUNTING PILOT PROGRAM,'" Copies of this proposed local law are available for examination in the office of the County Executive of the County of Monroe and on https://www.monroecounty.gov/. This proposed legislation would amend Chapter 286 of the General Local Laws of Monroe County to extend the Junior Deer Hunting Pilot Program through the periods of time prescribed by the State, including any extensions of time hereinafter enacted by New York State.ADAM J.
